The time limit to file an appeal in the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA) Appellate Tribunal is 60 days from the date the aggrieved person receives a copy of the order or decision:

The Appellate Tribunal may also:
- Pass orders, including interim orders, after giving the parties an opportunity to be heard
- Send a copy of every order made by it to the parties and to the Authority or the adjudicating officer
- Deal with the appeal as expeditiously as possible
- Record reasons in writing if it cannot dispose of the appeal within the 60-day period
